Our thanks to the Board of
Supervisors, District Manager David Lindsay, and the Staff of ECWCD,
particularly Carla, for hosting and such hard work on our behalf.
Our thanks as well to our speakers Kenneth G. Ammon P. E., Deputy
Executive Director South Florida Water Management District, Aimee
Carlson from Floridians for Smarter Growth, Inc. Amendment 4, and
Terry Lewis for all of their insightful words. Jeff Tuscan of Tuscan
and Company, PA provided an informational afternoon educational
session on Financial statements. Thanks Jeff! |

General Membership Meeting |
|
October 30th - FASD Members enjoyed the Quarterly Meeting in Palm
Beach Gardens. Hosted by Northern Palm Beach County Improvement
District, the meetings, programs, and food were excellent. The day
before the meeting, our District Officials participated in a four
hour Strategic Planning Class for the Certified District Officials
Program. Friday, at the General Membership Meeting, we were
fortunate to have Senator Aronberg, Representative Pafford,
and Terry Lewis as our Speakers. Then, after lunch, Dru Wilson of
Bouchard Insurance provided an insightful afternoon educational
session on Workers Compensation. |
